Dalrymple Place, Irvine is being demolished to make way for a new, state of the art sheltered housing complex.

The project, which is part of the Council’s Sheltered Housing Programme, will provide 33 one and two bedroom homes specifically designed for older people.

It is anticipated that the existing unit will be demolished during Winter 2018 with work to the new complex beginning in Spring 2019. The development is expected to be complete by Summer 2020.

Housing Services are holding a drop in event to allow local people to view and comment on the draft plans for the development:
