Local funding for youth projects

Could you use funding for a youth project that makes a difference in your community? Submit a bid and let North Ayrshire’s young people decide!

Individuals, clubs, groups and parent councils from across North Ayrshire are invited to bid for up to £1000 per Locality (Arran, Garnock Valley, Irvine, Kilwinning, North Coast and Three Towns) to help make a difference for young people in their community.

Applications should fit with at least one of the following themes:

  • Health and Well-being
  • Poverty and Inequality
  • Participation and Young People’s Voice

Applications should be submitted by 12noon, Sunday 13 October and are available from:

Even if you’re not bidding for funds, you can play an important role by voting for the projects that you believe will best use the funding! Voting is open to 8 to 25 year olds that live in North Ayrshire and will be live on the Young Scot website from 9am, Friday 8 November – 12noon, Friday 22 November. Email youthpb@north-ayrshire.gov.uk for a voting number.
