Kilwinning
Kilwinning is a busy locality in North Ayrshire . It sits on the River Garnock, just north of Irvine and 21 miles south of Glasgow. There are around 16,100 people who live within its communities and many of them volunteer and work in the area to make life better for the people there. Kilwinning has a whole range of clubs, organisations and activities that take place in or around the area such as Kilwinning Heritage (a local history group), Kilwinning Sports Club, and the Ayrshire College campus. These are a small selection but there are many more.
